Scatter light Turbidimeter

The Monitek inline turbidimeter detect the scatter light caused by the turbdity in the measured liquid. The scatter angles are depending by sensor, either 12° (forward scatter) and / or 90° (side scatter / nephelometric measurement). All Monitek scatter light sensors detect additionally the light transmission (direct light) of the measured sample. The measurement result will be calculated by the ratio of scatter light / transmission. This equation guarantees for correct measuring results not affected by window coatings, changes in product colour or ageing of the sensor lamp. The Sensors can be optimized for different applications like:
chemical- & petro chemical industry, brew & beverage, food, biotechnology, live science, pharmaceutical or ander many other industries.
